In recent years, multidisciplinary cross-fertilization has expanded the dimensions of optical research, and evolving imaging equipment and more advanced processing methods have greatly enriched scientific research. Optics, complemented by imaging technology and computer vision, has improved our ability to observe and understand the real world, and is increasingly becoming a popular area of research exploration.

The International Conference on Optics, Imaging and Computer Vision (OMCV 2023) will be held in Haikou, China during December 08-10, 2023. This conference will focus on the research fields of optics, imaging technology and computer vision, and aims to provide an academic exchange platform for experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, and technology developers from related fields to share research results and cutting-edge technologies, and strengthen academic research and discussion. Optics lays the foundations of image processing and artificial vision, and provides great prospects for imaging and computer vision with the development of lasers, fiber optics, charge-coupled devices, etc. OMCV2023 calls for original work on imaging and vision technologies and applications and especially welcome interdisciplinary outputs on imaging and vision with optical backgrounds. All paper submissions will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 independent reviewers based on research novelty, technical excellence, or unique applications in the real world.
